ADIPEC 2026 at a glance
ADIPEC 2026 takes place from 2 to 5 November 2026 at ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The organiser reports that the 2025 edition brought together a record 239,709 attendees from 172 countries, with more than 2,250 exhibiting companies and more than 1,800 speakers.
At that scale, a pipeline integrity engineer can lose a whole day between halls. The time is worth more if the meetings that matter are booked before the show.
Book meetings before you fly
The official ADIPEC app offers matchmaking with other attendees and lets you connect and schedule meetings. Register, complete your profile with your role and the problem you are working on, and send a few targeted requests one to two weeks ahead.
Twenty minutes is enough for a first meeting if both sides know the question. Bring one real example: a finding, a dig or a repair you had to explain to an auditor.
Where integrity and data topics sit
ADIPEC 2026 has a dedicated AI Zone, curated with ADNOC, on the role of AI in energy. Inspection, NDT and integrity-engineering companies are spread across the exhibition, so check the exhibitor list in the app before you arrive.
Visitor and conference passes differ: check on adipec.com which pass covers the sessions you want to attend.
Questions to ask any integrity data vendor
- Pick one inspection finding: can you show its dig, repair and NDT verification from that finding alone?
- How is each finding tied to the exact asset, and what happens to rows that cannot be placed?
- When a section is cut out or replaced, does its history survive?
- Does every dig selection and approval record who decided, when and why?
- Can you release an evidence pack with a checksum manifest, and show what is still missing before an audit?
- Is the connection to our plant systems read-only?
- Can it run on our own servers, or only in the cloud?
Meeting Voiwell at ADIPEC
Voiwell is attending ADIPEC 2026 as a visitor, without a stand. If the record between your inspection report, the repair and its verification breaks somewhere, we would like to hear how. Meetings are arranged in advance.
