Where Voiwell works

One platform, every kind of site.

  • Oil and gas pipelines

Line sections, valves and stations registered as assets, with every inspection report and finding filed on the right one.

In development Search across years of inspection reports with document intelligence.

  • Refineries and petrochemical plants

Valves, flanges and vessels tracked from finding to checked repair, including leaks found in LDAR surveys.

In development HSE and restricted-zone computer vision to support safety review.

  • Gas processing and storage

Tanks, vessels and lines with their inspection history, open findings and follow-up work in one view.

In development Methane emissions data organised for OGMP 2.0-aligned reporting.

  • Upstream production and facilities

Wells, flowlines and facilities on one record, with live readings shown read-only beside each asset.

In development Plain-English rules to flag what your teams need to see.

How it works today

From finding to checked repair.

  1. Register

Each asset gets one identity: tag, location, documents.

  2. Attach

Inspection reports and photos are filed on the asset.

  3. Record

Findings are recorded on the equipment they concern.

  4. Review

A named person confirms or dismisses each finding.

  5. Follow up

Repairs are assigned and tracked; a check is recorded after the work.

  6. Prove

Evidence is bundled with a fingerprinted manifest and a named approval.

Your engineers make every decision. Voiwell keeps the record.

Why would you buy Voiwell?

One leaking valve. Three responsibilities.

You could be an inspection contractor or an asset owner/operator. Being at the site doesn’t determine your role; your responsibility does. Imagine a refinery inspection identifies a leaking valve.

  • Inspector

    Your responsibility

Inspect the valve, record the finding and provide evidence.

    Why Voiwell could help

Keep the photos, asset identification and findings together; prepare the report with less manual work.

  • Inspection contractor’s manager

    Your responsibility

Manage inspectors and deliver the agreed inspection results to the client.

    Why Voiwell could help

Review findings, check missing information and produce consistent client reports.

  • Asset owner/operator’s maintenance or integrity manager

    Your responsibility

Decide what needs attention, arrange corrective action and confirm completion.

    Why Voiwell could help

Connect the finding to the right asset, assign follow-up and retain evidence of repair and verification.

Questions

What teams ask first.

What can we use today?

Asset Inventory and Inspection Workspace: your assets with their inspection reports, findings, follow-up work and evidence in one record. Anything on this site marked "In development" is not available yet.

Does Voiwell detect leaks or predict failures?

No. Your inspectors and survey teams find leaks and defects with their own tools, and your engineers assess them. Voiwell keeps each finding on the right asset and follows it until the repair is checked.

Does it replace our inspection contractor or software?

No. Inspections and engineering assessments stay with your team and contractors. Voiwell connects their results to the follow-up work and evidence that come after.

Can it run on our own servers?

Yes. Voiwell is offered on your own servers or in the cloud. Hosting, access, retention and backups are agreed with your IT team before go-live.

Do you work in Arabic?

Yes. Training, reports and support are available in Arabic and English. The software’s screens are in English today.

What is Voiwell building next?

Computer vision for HSE and restricted-zone monitoring, a natural-language rules engine, AI-assisted search across inspection reports, and a methane reporting platform designed for OGMP 2.0-aligned workflows. All of them are in development and not available today.
