Platform
One platform for asset and inspection data.
Asset Inventory and Inspection Workspace are available today. Computer vision, a plain-English rules engine, document intelligence and methane reporting are being built on the same record.
Available today
Two products. One record.
Your assets and everything your inspections say about them, kept together and easy to find.
- Available today
Asset Inventory
One structured record for every piece of equipment you own or operate.
What it does
- Equipment registered with tags, locations, specifications and identifiers
- Documents, imagery and history linked to each asset
- Register imports previewed row by row; conflicts wait for a person
- Replacements and changes kept as history; no asset is ever deleted
- Available today
Inspection Workspace
Inspection reports, findings and follow-up work, connected to the right asset.
What it does
- Inspection reports and photos filed on the asset they cover
- Findings recorded on the exact equipment and reviewed by a named person
- Follow-up work assigned and tracked, with a check recorded after the repair
- Evidence bundled with a fingerprinted manifest and a named approval
How it works today
Register. Record. Prove.
01 · Register
Every asset, one identity.
Equipment registered once, with tags, location, documents and history.
02 · Record
Every finding, followed up.
Recorded on the equipment, reviewed by a named person, repaired and checked.
03 · Prove
Proof for every repair.
Reports, photos and checks bundled with a fingerprinted manifest.
Drawings are illustrative; tags and values are synthetic.
Deployment
On your servers or in the cloud.
On your own servers
Installed inside your infrastructure, for organisations with internal hosting requirements. Your data stays in the environment you control.
In the cloud
A cloud-hosted deployment for teams that prefer a managed approach, with the hosting location agreed with you.
Both options run the same platform. You choose, together with your IT team.
In development
What we are building next.
Each capability below is being built on the same asset and inspection record. None of them is available today, and none of them makes decisions without a person.
- In development
HSE Computer Vision
Computer vision to support health, safety and environment review in industrial facilities.
Being built to
- Analyse images from site cameras and inspections
- Identify configurable safety-related conditions, such as whether specified protective equipment is visible
- Send what it flags to a person for safety review; it makes no safety decisions on its own
- In development
Restricted-Zone Computer Vision
Vision-based monitoring of designated zones, defined by your operational access restrictions.
Being built to
- Mark authorised and restricted areas on a camera view
- Identify configurable events, such as entry into a designated area
- Raise events for review; it is not an access-control or personnel-authorisation system
- In development
Natural-Language Rules Engine
Tell the platform what to look for and what to retrieve, in plain English.
Being built to
- Write rules in plain English for vision workflows and for searches of your records
- Connect each rule to camera views or to your inspection information
- Rules approved by authorised people before they run; no rule bypasses review or safety governance
Illustrative instructions · a concept, not a working demo Identify people entering this restricted zone.
Flag instances where specified protective equipment is not visible.
Retrieve inspection findings associated with asset P-102.
Find reports mentioning corrosion in a selected asset group.
- In development
Inspection Document Intelligence
AI-assisted search and extraction across your inspection reports, with every answer traceable.
Being built to
- Retrieve relevant findings from stored inspection reports
- Search for specific information across your inspection documents
- Keep a reference to the source document for every result
- Associate extracted information with the right asset, for a person to review
Today Linking reports and findings to their asset already works in Inspection Workspace.
- In development
OGMP 2.0 Methane Reporting
A methane emissions data and reporting platform, designed to support OGMP 2.0-aligned workflows.
Being built to
- Organise methane emissions data by source and by asset
- Structure source-level and asset-level reporting inputs
- Link reported figures to their supporting evidence
- Make report preparation and review more manageable
OGMP 2.0 is the Oil and Gas Methane Partnership 2.0, the UN Environment Programme’s flagship oil and gas methane reporting and mitigation programme. Voiwell is not affiliated with or endorsed by OGMP 2.0 or UNEP, and the planned platform will not certify compliance.
Data and security
Your data, under your control.
This is how the platform is built, not a certification. Your deployment’s security controls are confirmed with your IT team.
Built into the platform today
- Read-only connection to plant data (OPC UA): it never writes to your control systems
- Each organisation and site kept apart on the server
- Sign-in through an identity provider (OpenID Connect); sign-in tokens stay on the server
- Every change and approval recorded with a name, a time and a reason
- Evidence files fingerprinted (SHA-256), so any change can be detected
Designed for your environment
- Installation inside your own network, on infrastructure you control
- Roles and approval rules set per site
- Connections to other systems scoped to what each one needs
Agreed with you before go-live
- Hosting location and data residency
- Data retention, deletion and backups
- Encryption and network configuration in your environment
- Your own security review, with our support
See it on your own data.
Send us one recent inspection report. We will show you how Voiwell files it, links its findings and keeps the proof.
